Indiabulls is a recent entrant in the sector but has ambitious projects lined up in large cities. Ansals, Unitech, Parsvnath, all have made their impressions in construction-be it townships, residences, offices or commercial shops. Townships have been created by Hiranandani, Vatika has ventured into hospitality, townships and educational institutions. Other builders like Vipul, IREO, are comparatively new entrants trying to leave an indelible footprint across India. Tata Builders have approached the industry with dedication and integrity.
Others like Bestech, Pioneer, and a partner with Unitech- Spaze are venturing into residences, retail and hospitality, Eros has left its stamp in Delhi and surroundings with multiplexes, residences and hotels. Orris and others are primary home builders with forays into hospitality and education. |
