DLF presents an ultramodern Integrated Tech City that offers a modern workspace to IT/ITES companies, clubbed with serviced apartments, a luxury hotel, retail and recreational development. The project is being developed in collaboration with AP Housing Board.

The Project Master Plan is designed to have ample parking space in 3 to 4 levels stilt area. The IT workplace and supporting amenities are being developed over three Independent Office Blocks, offering Total Super Built up Area of approx. 3 mn sq.ft of Notified IT SEZ Space.

With the economic policies of the country directed towards modern infrastructural development, the focus is also increasingly expanding towards the development of modern Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
In line with this, DLF is pursuing the development of SEZs across the country and DLF IT SEZ@Hyderabad being the notified SEZ development enjoys many benefits of an SEZ, like:

- 100% Income Tax exemption for SEZ units
- Exemption from Central Sales Tax
- Exemption from Service Tax, Stamp Duty etc.
