Indiabulls offers resort like homes, at Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Panvel and Gurgaon. Vatika has apartments, bungalows and individual units, with all upto date facilities amid green surroundings, at Gurgaon, Delhi and Sohna.
Sobha Developers has new luxurious projects, in the lap of nature at Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Gurgaon. The Eden City Group has developed ultra modern housing projects at Kolkata. Infinity Group has commercial office spaces with environment and comfortable optimisation in mind.
New commercial projects- offices, show rooms, malls, multiplexes, garages- are being completed by Emmar MFG, Spaze, DLF, Unitech and JMD at places like Gurgaon and Sohna Rd.
New projects in the hospitality industry are coming up or just have been finished almost all over India. The names involved are Vatika, Uppals, Mahima Real Estate and DLF.
