West Delhi real estate market is in a boom phase with its Residential and commercial market enjoying hot demand. Spread in 128 sq. km, West Delhi has three subdivisions -Patel Nagar, Rajouri Garden and Punjabi Bagh.
Besides, flats, apartments and kothis, places like Janakpuri, Punjabi Bagh and Punjabi Bagh extension also offer the option of property investment in plots. Plots in the size 150 sq yd, 200 sq yd, 250 sq yd, 325-sq-yd plot are available in West Delhi.

This forms part of DLF integrated township plan in West Delhi where it intends to create office, retail and residential space of 3, 2, 5 million sq ft respectively. In DLF CAPITAL GREEN, apartments are priced within a Crore under the down payment option. The project boasts of all amenities as in a luxury Condominium, such as 100 percent power back-up, basement parking, and shopping centre within the complex besides school, club and swimming pools.
