Dwarka, New Delhi’s planned sub-city is located near the Indira Gandhi International Airports. Spread across 29 sectors, Dwarka’s residential sectors are designed to contain a population of 30,000 each.
Dwarka leads in connectivity: from Dwarka Sector 21 Metro station one can reach the IGI Airport in just three minutes. Any property owner in Dwarka stands to benefit from the following facilities that Dwarka Master Plan envisages---proximity to airport, effective Metro Rail links, ISBT, Exhibition Centres, Star hotels, Diplomatic enclave, District centres, Universities, Hospitals, Sports complexes and Schools.
In terms of residential properties, Dwarka offers a mix of DDA flats, Apartments, Co-operative Group Housing Societies (CGHS) and builder floors. DDA has released 40,000 residential flats covering self financing, mega housing, HIG, MIG and incremental housing schemes. Co-operative Group Housing Societies (CGHS), who number about 350, play a major role in Dwarka housing.

Already the stretch along Dwarka Express Way has been lined up with big projects from top developers who include DLF, Spire Edge, Mahindra Life Space, Raheja group, Shobha Developers, Ramaprastha, ATS, BPTP and EMAAR MGF. It is expected that these projects will add some 40,000 new apartments to the market.
In Dwarka, Uppal Winter Hills is a premium residential project to watch out. It is promoted by builder Umang Realtech (P) Limited, a joint venture of Uppal Housing (P) Ltd and Indus Capital Partners from USA.
