New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) came up in 1976 as one of the largest industrial towns in Asia and became a most sought after real estate market of India.

With the extension of Delhi metro in cards, Greater Noida is the place to watch out. Renowned builders like Unitech, Jaypee Group, 3C, Omaxe, Eldeco have all set up projects there, showcasing the best in architectural brilliance. All these projects are backed by amenities such as round the clock water and power supply, clubs, schools, swimming pool, parking provisions and multi-tiered security system.
